We want you to feel real relief with every KneeFlex purchase. If something isn't right, we make it easy to return.
1. Returns Window
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your KneeFlex Bamboo Sleeve must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on sleeves that have been worn against the skin. If you are unsure about sizing before purchasing, please refer to our sizing guide or contact us at support@lorvaineuk.com — we are happy to help.
3. How to Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@lorvaineuk.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Returns are free of charge — we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the eligibility conditions outlined above.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. Our team is happy to guide you through sizing before you reorder.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@lorvaineuk.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
7. Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items — within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
