At Lorvaine, every order comes with free worldwide delivery — no minimum spend, no exceptions.


1. Free Worldwide Delivery

We offer free delivery on every Lorvaine order, to every destination worldwide. No minimum order value required.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 23:00 (CET) are dispatched the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
  • USA & Canada: 5–8 business days
  • Europe: 5–8 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–8 business days
  • Rest of the world: 6–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. Lorvaine is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly through the carrier's website. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@lorvaineuk.com.


5. Customs & Import Duties

Lorvaine ships worldwide from our fulfillment centers. Some international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.


6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Lorvaine is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@lorvaineuk.com. We will do our best to correct it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


7. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@lorvaineuk.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the event of a confirmed lost parcel, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
