Good quality material, not thin. I chose the size exactly as it appeared in the table and it fits.

Its very early days with the sleeve. I have been sleeping in it to relieve the pain with my minscus injury. After about 5 days I didn't have the jabbing pain that has been a consistent presence for weeks. Obviously it's early days but the sleeve fits well and is very comfortable.
